There is no escape, like getting lost in Mother Nature and she is at her absolute most pristine at the divine Lake Tahoe, Nevada. A quick escape from the city grind flying LAX to Reno to explore the natural wonder.

For those of you not familiar with the magnificent body of water, Lake Tahoe is a large freshwater lake in the Sierra Nevada of the United States. It is the largest alpine lake in North America and its depth is 1,645 ft/501 m making it the second deepest in the United States after Crater Lake. The lake was formed about 2 million years ago - yikes - and is a part of the Lake Tahoe Basin with the modern lake being shaped during the ice ages (I can't believe it!) I have to say, the lake itself is not only stunning, it is the most amazing drinking water I have ever had. Sweet H2O drips from every faucet and we couldn't get enough. After 5 days in Tahoe, on the lake and drinking the divine H2O - as sweet as nectar, left the entire crew glowing.
